As always, the month of March built on the momentum of February and came roaring in like a lion! March is a very busy work month for us, and we take a vacation week off in March as well for spring break so there is always a lot of activity. This March was no different as we had our pool being demoed and then a new pool built in our backyard, we were busier than ever at work, we celebrated my 42nd birthday quietly as it fell in a hectic week just ahead of a week long much awaited 7 day Norwegian cruise for spring break. We enjoyed our week long spring break cruise and were so thankful to go on a cruise once again after the covid 2 years!! We cruised on the Norwegian Escape in the Haven and for the first time went on a cruise with another family that we are friends with. We all had a great time and enjoyed the time away with stops in Mexico, Jamaica and the Bahamas. We even recognized some of the staff onboard the ship in the Haven which was just amazing after the 2 year hit the cruise industry took after covid.
When we returned home we hit the ground running and have not looked back as its been a very busy couple of months. We were faced with the opportunity and decided to purchase a commercial building and took on the task of buying a commercial building to house my law firm and planning to move in early May!!!
Sarabeth continued to excel at club and travel volleyball and we attended our first several out of town weekend long volleyball tournaments which she enjoyed prior to sadly breaking her right foot at a terrible trampoline park.
Jackson went out for the varsity tennis team as an EIGHTH grader and MADE the team and spent the first half of the season in the top 5 starting all matches before they pulled him from the top 5 to let older kids play that were not as good!!! Getting this extra year of varsity tennis and earning his varsity letter in EIGHTH grade was the highlight of this academic year for him!!!
Here are some pictures of our March fun and milestones!!!
