December around our house

December has been a busy month around our house as it always is.  We have had the extra challenge this year of our kitchen torn out and a new puppy but we are managing and have still had a lot of fun and spirited activities this season.  This is always a busy time of year with year end upon us for both of our businesses and school is always also quite busy in December.  We have had a few quieter days this past weekend ahead of Christmas and my last day working this year was Friday 12.20.  We are home this week for Christmas slowing down a bit, and then we are leaving for a relaxing cruise on the 28th.  We survived basketball and cheer season, a piano recital, a field trip to and from The Gaylord Palms in Orlando to see the Polar Express Ice Exhibit and Jackson's first round of final exams!!  We also made a trip to Orlando and took the kids last weekend to see the Transiberean Orchestra for a Christmas Concert.  I also volunteered at Sarabeth's class Christmas party, we donated some gifts for a few different organizations and collected items both at my office and at home for our Parish, we did some shopping, and saw a holiday play!  What a month it has been and its not even Christmas yet!!
