Professional ship photos
This is the LAST cruise post! I purchased a CD of photos on the ship, the ship messed up and we ended up with a blank CD..due to their error, instead of getting 6 photos, I got ALL of the photos emailed to me via dropbox that were taken on and around the ship! We should have taken more but sometimes it is hard to stop for photos for some people in this crew!!!

Labadee
Our third and final island stop on our spring break cruise was one of our favorites and the reason we booked this itinerary...LABADEE...this is the definition of a blue lagoon tropical island and this was our second trip there. This is off the northern coast of Haiti, yes, I said Haiti...and the first time we went on a cruise with a stop here I was less than thrilled until I heard from fellow cruisers what a treat we were in for and they were not mistaken! This island is owned by Royal Caribbean and is the BEST ship owned island we have been to, even better we think, than Disney's Castaway Cay and that is saying something! The island is owned by the ship so your ship card works for drinks and food and they set up buffets on the island included in your cruise price for lunch that day. There is an area on the island with cabanas overlooking the water for an extra reservation and price, there are about 6 different beach areas so it never feels crowded, there is a place to just lounge and float, there is a more active area with a mountain roller coaster and even giant ziplines...I have wanted to try this but will wait until everyone is big enough to join in some day. I know many people that have been on the zip line excursions on this island and they rave about them. You cannot go wrong with this stop and it is a great last day or two spot to stop on a cruise. Just like the time we were here a few years ago we had post card tropical weather and were greeted with locals playing Haitian music and just had a wonderful day in the sun and sand. This time as Suite guests we got to go to the VIP access area for suite guests only and got better than normal food and drink service, even a cooler brought to our area for ice, water, and anything else and what seemed like bottomless "labadoozies"...the best pink frozen beach drink I have ever tasted and these are not usually my favorite but on Labadee you ask for the Labadoozie!! We floated on the floats provided to us in the blue lagoon water, explored the market with locals selling local artisan products (and spent all the cash we had left) and explored what was an old fort and trails amidst the cabanas that are up on cliffs over looking the water! This is a place everyone should see someday! Just pulling in to the port you know you are somewhere tropical and exotic and just beautiful. We can only compare it to pulling in to Roatan Honduras last spring break, that is also very exotic and tropical feeling much like Labadee. We had so much fun here, Jackson even found it the appropriate time to pull out his tooth that has been struggling to fall out...so much so that we had an appointment for the dentist to pull it out when we got back from our trip! I told him wait until we get back to the room don't pull it out on the beach and he said "It's happening now mom"...and proceeded to pull out his own tooth...so the tooth fairy made some change to arrive that night! Here are some pictures from our wonderful beach day!
